Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance. We may contact you if additional confirmation is needed for sizing, diamond selection, shipping details, or payment review.

Shipping

KANISEE ships most semi-custom rings in 3–7 business days after order confirmation. Shipping timelines may vary based on ring details, quality checks, carrier conditions, and holidays.

Returns
