First resizing:
KANISEE offers one complimentary first resizing within our resizing policy.
Warranty:
KANISEE provides limited warranty support for eligible craftsmanship-related issues.
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Loss or theft
- Accidental damage
- Damage caused by improper use
- Damage caused by third-party jewelers
- Bent bands, broken prongs, or stone loss caused by impact or misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Care recommendation:
We recommend removing fine jewelry during heavy work, exercise, swimming, cleaning, and activities that may expose the ring to impact or chemicals.
