What does KANISEE sell?
KANISEE sells certified lab-grown diamond engagement rings and selected bridal jewelry for modern couples.

Are KANISEE diamonds mined diamonds?
No. KANISEE uses lab-grown diamonds. They are laboratory-grown diamonds, not mined diamonds.

What does lab-grown diamond mean?
A lab-grown diamond is created in a laboratory environment rather than mined from the earth.

Do your center stones come with certification?
Certification details are shown when available for the selected lab-grown diamond center stone.

How fast will my ring ship?
Most semi-custom rings are prepared and ship within 3–7 business days after order confirmation.

Does that mean I will receive it in 3–7 business days?
No. "Ships in 3–7 business days" means the order leaves our facility within that timeframe. Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination.

Do you offer returns?
Standard eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom engraved or special-order pieces may have limited return eligibility.

Do you offer resizing?
Yes. KANISEE offers one complimentary first resizing within our resizing policy.
