We want your KANISEE ring to feel right.

Eligible standard items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Original packaging and included documents must be returned.
The item must not be damaged, altered, engraved, resized by another jeweler, or modified after delivery.

Custom pieces:
Custom engraved, special-order, or highly customized pieces may have limited return eligibility.

Resizing:
KANISEE offers one complimentary first resizing within our resizing policy. Additional resizing may require a service fee.

Return authorization:
Before returning any item, customers must contact KANISEE for return authorization.
