Most semi-custom lab-grown diamond engagement rings are prepared and ship within 3-7 business days after order confirmation.

Please note:
"Ships in 3-7 business days" means the order leaves our facility within this timeframe. Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and destination.

Shipping method:
Orders are shipped with tracking. High-value jewelry orders may require signature confirmation.

Shipping insurance:
Eligible jewelry orders may be shipped with insurance coverage.

Shipping address:
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after production or fulfillment begins.

Delays:
Weather, carrier issues, holidays, address issues, or payment verification may cause delays.
